Our User Support Department employs experts with vast amounts of technical knowledge, who assist our users in using our IT products and services. Users may be customers purchasing products or services, or employees in a company who use products of other developers in their work. Armed with excellent communication and technical expertise, as well as tools for efficient work, our employees in the User Support Department identify, track, and resolve problems faced by users.
Nowadays, many user support departments already offer services that, with a set of additionally offered services, go beyond just resolving problems and use of products – therefore, they are better described as a “service centre” . Such a centre provides its customers with various services, including traditional technical support and assistance in resolving problems, but also provides ordering of work stations, coordination, and supervision of preparation of workplace for a new employee, transfer to a new position, user training, etc.
